Our commitment to service is undoubtedly second to none. Product specification and sales is only a small part of the service we offer at MGR and is the beginning of a full service package available through the life of each unit sold, delivered and installed.
We have fully qualified sales managers and engineers who can guide you through the complete product specification process, assist with installation then provide a round the clock maintenance support service to deal with unforeseen breakdowns or technical issues.
We offer an upgrade service to our clients looking to replace older models with the latest products on the market, either to a similar specification or as a technical upgrade to a more superior unit. We can offer site surveys to establish the correct solution whilst offering extremely competitive maintenance agreements on upgrade units.
Our support team covers the whole of the UK and is available internationally to cover major events, exhibitions or contracts requiring on-site support. Whatever level of support you need, you won’t find better than the support provided by MGR.
