MGR's Air Conditioning Unit Is Going Places

MGR Air Conditioners has unveiled an Enviromax portable air-conditioner which offers 20kW of cooling or heating along with an onboard generation facility. Along with the 19kVa generator, the 20G also offers 690 litres of dehumidification capacity.

The unit is designed for transport on a small trailer and the plug-and-play unit can be set up and working within 15 minutes.

According to the unit's designer Martin Roberts, the system is also compatible with full remote management via GPRS, enabling customers to remotely monitor fuel levels, engine running and position. "It can also be configured to enable owners to prevent unauthorised use, preventing it being switched on, or switching it off after a certain time, " he says.

Mr Roberts adds the unit will provide standalone operation for event customers.
